Statement

These Terms and Conditions will govern the purchase of any flowers from this website (“Goods”). These Goods will be provided by Fleurchitect Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with the company number 09581020 with a registered office at 147a High Street, Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, EN8 7AP.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you, which cannot be transferred to any third party. Your purchase of Goods from this website will be considered as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Our goods

All of our goods are handmade to order.

We try to ensure that all information on this website is accurate and up to date at all times, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Purchasing handmade flowers online provides a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience, but please keep in mind that it does mean that you can’t see the products in person prior to purchase and that images online may vary slightly from the Goods including slight colour variations.

All sizes and measurements are approximate.

We would like to bring your attention to the fact that all of our Goods are handmade. This means that the Goods may not be identical to the images on this website, and also from one another. However, we use our best endeavours to ensure that the Goods are as close as possible to the website specification and promise to provide a high quality product every time.

We hope that this is never the case but sometimes you may not be 100% satisfied with the Goods that we provide so we have a returns policy that can be found at our “Returns” section.

Purchase

By submitting an order through our shopping basket you are making an offer to purchase the Goods. The offer will be acknowledged, but not accepted, by an automatic acknowledgement email and also a confirmation email. This acknowledgement email will confirm receipt of your order. The confirmation email confirms our ability to fulfil the order and will contain details of your order and your order number. Neither the acknowledgement email nor the confirmation email act as acceptance of the offer.

We reserve the right to refuse any offers prior to acceptance. If a product is not available you will be notified as soon as possible and the unavailable Goods will not be deemed to be included in the contract.

Acceptance of your offer to purchase the Goods will only be accepted once all the available Goods have left our possession for delivery and an email is sent to you confirming the delivery of the Goods (“Dispatch”). A binding contract between us and you will be formed once Dispatch occurs.

Delivery

Small orders are usually sent within 3 days of payment being received in full, however, it all depends on the size and complexity of your order and our availability of stock. If your order is quite large, please get in contact to ensure that we have the products and capacity to complete your order. We use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Goods as quickly as possible.

We use a courier service to deliver our Goods. Delivery cost is calculated by weight per item and a delivery quote is provided prior to finalising your order in the shopping basket or prior to that on request.

The cost of delivery includes insurance covering the value of the Goods but up to the maximum value of £250. All deliveries are tracked, so if a parcel goes missing please get in contact with us so that we can help locate the parcel.

Risk And Title

Risk and title to the Goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns

If unfortunately you are unhappy with the Goods, we offer a returns policy if you return the Goods to us within 14 days of receipt of the Goods. All Goods shall be returned in their original condition and by recorded delivery to warrant a full refund and please remember to include a note of your name and order number. Refunds will be made within 5 working days upon receipt of Goods and we cannot refund any delivery costs. The cost of returning any goods shall be payable by you.

When returning any Goods please ensure that the Goods are securely wrapped and sent via a tracked and signed method of delivery as we will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of Goods as a result of return.

All refunds will be paid to the original payment card.
